Join the Powerhouse Castle Hill and Museums Discovery Centre team as a Visitor Host, delivering exceptional experiences across public programs, tours and events. In this front‑facing role, you’ll welcome visitors, provide information about exhibitions and activities, and help create an inclusive, accessible and engaging environment for all guests. Working closely with teams across the museum, you’ll support the smooth delivery of programs while playing an important role in site safety and emergency procedures. This position sits within a small, collaborative team and is committed to outstanding customer service. You’ll bring strong communication skills and the ability to engage visitors in meaningful conversations, adapting to the needs of diverse audiences. With a positive and patient approach, you’re willing to go above and beyond to ensure every visitor enjoys a memorable experience. To succeed in this role, you’ll have customer service experience, work confidently within a multi‑disciplinary team, and meet essential requirements including a current Working with Children Check, a valid First Aid certificate, and the flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
